The Warehouse Manager is responsible for all facility operations, including overseeing day to day processes and staff, putting measures in place to ensure staff and warehouse safety, and seeing that all essential duties are completed on time and within budget.
What you'll do here:
Direct and manage operations to meet metrics related to quality, timely delivery, productivity, customer satisfaction, and cost targets with the ability to listen to feedback and implement changes based on growth potential.
Communicate and motivate others by providing guidance and direction in activities with a customer-focused approach.
Work alongside staff to perform hands-on duties as needed.
Coordinate with other inter-company staff to adhere to a lean supply-base, working to drive costs down.
Coordinate shipping & receiving, unloading, and processing of material.
Resolve issues quickly and as they arise to maintain efficiency in operations.
Utilize continuous improvement methodologies to prioritize and drive operational efficiency.
Comply with safety and environmental rules and regulations.
Requirements:
5-10 years production, manufacturing, or warehousing experience.
Current OSHA 30-Hour Card General Industry or ability to be trained within 6 months after date of hire.
Experience in a position requiring direct supervision of multiple staff.
Demonstrated success in leading and motivating team partners.
Skilled in organizational development, personnel management, and maintaining budgets.
